Caryn’s career in multi-family spans almost three decades. Her career began as a leasing consultant in the San Antonio market, she obtained both CAM and CAPS designations early in her career. She has steadily excelled in her career holding every on-site and Regional Management position in several Central Texas markets. She eventually accepted a position with Leuven Group in 2013 and has worked alongside Joe Bruggeman to grow the company from 150 units to acquiring over 40 communities in multiple markets throughout Texas. She operates the company on three core values: Employees First, Customer Service Driven Management and Work/Life Balance.
David Wallis
Vice President of Operations
David began his career with Leuven Group in 2013, having started at the inception of the company. His career began as a porter in the multifamily industry moving up to his current role. This helped develop a broad knowledge of all aspects of apartment community living enabling him to fulfill his role as VPO. Born British, he served with the British military for 10 years, he is well travelled, visiting numerous countries throughout the world before calling Texas his home. This has given him a unique perspective on the multitude of problems faced in modern day living, enabling him to find resolutions to the myriad of issues encountered managing multifamily properties. He holds several certifications and licensing including his pilot license. His oversees property renovations projects as well as the day-to-day maintenance operations.
Zach Howard
Controller
Zach is a native Texan who graduated from Schreiner University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. Shortly after entering the workforce, he enrolled in the Master’s Program at Concordia University where he worked and attended school full time. He graduated with a Master's in Business Administration in 2018. Zach has worked in Advertising, Construction, and Insurance industries before becoming a part of the Leuven Group team in 2020. He manages our Property Management Accounting, Property Investment accounting, and Payroll.
Brittny Self
Senior Accountant
Brittny began her career with Leuven Group as a leasing consultant in 2015. She has fulfilled the roles of property manager, administrative assistant and now Senior Accountant.
